  The hens selected to lay Eggland’s Best Cage Free Eggs are not kept in cages and are free to roam. They are provided with fresh air, are protected from predators, and have areas to exhibit natural behaviors. All farms are audited and certified by independent inspectors to meet or exceed third-party standards from American Humane and Humane Farm Animal Care.

  Yes

• How long do the omelets stay good?
  If they are kept frozen, the omelets are good up until one year (365 days) after production, as indicated by the date on the outer package. [ Link ]
• Is it safe to heat up the omelet inside the plastic wrapper?

  Yes. The wrapper material has been specially designed to safely meet the freezing and cooking demands of these omelets.
